The Gulet is a typical boat of Turkish origin, very large and therefore with wide spaces, previously used for fishing and cargo, and now used for Charter.

What is a Gulet

This type of boat usually equipped with two masts but mainly sails by motor. It is chosen for the holiday above all for its comfort during the cruise.

It is always offered with crew included and with cooking service on board, frequently with the captain but also with chef and service staff. The cabins are very large and comfortable, and in the most prestigious Gulets there are bathrooms inside the cabins, air conditioning, and sometimes other ancillary services.

As per tradition, the Gulet is mainly made of wood, but recently we can find Gulets equipped with fiberglass or metal hulls, and finishes of the interiors in wood.
