The organization of the Düsseldorf Boat Show, after postponing the usual annual January fair to April 2021, a few days ago decided to cancel the Exposition in 2021 due to the ongoing pandemic and the current and planned restriction measures.
This important exhibition will open from 22 to 30 January next year, 2022.
The CEO of Messe Düsseldorf, N. Diener, announced that the level of contagion and the uncertain forecasts on the end date of the restrictions do not make sure a resumption of exhibition activities by the end of April 2021.
The organization reassessed the situation with partners and they decide to cancel the fair for this year.
“Our priority” - says Diener - “is the health and safety of the planning of our exhibitors, visitors and service providers. All activities will now be focused on preparing the Fair for next January 2022, to guarantee it its usual primacy ".
The Düsseldorf boat show is an event for all water sports enthusiasts both as a business platform, as a physical exhibition, but also as a networking for the international audience. In fact, for 2022, work is also underway on a hybrid fair experience that will allow, among other things, digital participation in seminars and events at the Expo.
